When Does Gaming Become a Problem?

Many people on iuck regularly enjoy cricket betting or casino games — perfectly fine, within a budget. But for some, gaming can eventually go beyond healthy limits. It doesn't happen overnight — it creeps up gradually, before you even realise it.

The issue isn't gaming itself — it's losing control. When someone keeps betting to chase losses, spends money without telling their family, or loses sleep over it, gaming has stopped being fun.

Iuck takes this seriously. We want every member to stay in a healthy place for the long run — which is why our responsible gaming features aren't just there for show; they're built to actually work.

Recognise the Warning Signs

If any of the following sound familiar, it's worth pausing to reflect:

Chasing Losses — You're placing more bets to try to win back what you've lost.
Hidden — You're not being honest with family or friends about your gaming.
Losing Track of Time — You sit down for a quick session and hours pass before you know it.
Borrowing Money — You've borrowed money from someone to fund your gaming.
Mood Dependency — You feel restless or irritable when you're not playing.
Impact on Family Life — Gaming is affecting your household finances or relationships.

How to Set Limits on iuck

Setting limits on iuck is straightforward. Just log in, head to the "Responsible Gaming" settings, and you'll find all the options there. Changes take effect immediately.

1

Log In to Your Account

Visit iuck.click and log in with your mobile number and password.

2

Go to Profile Settings

Click your name in the top right corner, then select "Responsible Gaming".

3

Choose Your Protection

Set a deposit limit, session time, or self-exclusion — whatever you need, it's there.

4

Confirm

Confirm with your OTP or password and it takes effect immediately.

Keep in mind: Decreasing your deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period — this delay is intentional, designed to prevent impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment.

Self-Exclusion Is Not Defeat

Many people think taking self-exclusion means admitting weakness. It's actually the opposite. Knowing your limits and making a conscious decision to respect them is a sign of maturity.

Iuck offers self-exclusion periods of 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During this time, you will not be able to log in to your account or receive any bonus offers. Your real money balance remains safe throughout the exclusion period and can be withdrawn once it ends.

If you feel you can't manage on your own — talk to a family member or reach out to support. iuck's support team is ready to help without any judgment. This isn't just our policy; it's our value.

Minor Protection

No one under 18 can register on iuck. Date of birth is verified at sign-up, and a valid ID is required as part of the KYC process.

If you have younger siblings or children at home, keep your device password-protected and never hand it to others while logged in to your iuck account. If you suspect a minor has accessed your account, contact support immediately.
