iuck Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know About Your Rights and Responsibilities

1Eligibility & Consent

By accessing or using the iuck platform, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using iuck.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between iuck and its users. By completing registration or making your first deposit, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using this platform of your own free will.
• Online gaming is legally permitted in your region.
• You have read and understood these terms.

2Account Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering on iuck. Creating an account with false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Required Information

• Full legal name (matching your National ID)
• An active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• A strong password

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires a clear photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Iuck supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are generally instant — funds appear in your account within 5 minutes.
• No hidden charges on deposits.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals cannot be processed without completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically arrive within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Iuck offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, clearly displayed alongside the offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds can be withdrawn after meeting the required number of bets — typically between 10x and 30x, as specified individually on each offer.
• Validity: Most bonuses have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus that has passed its expiry will be cancelled automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses apply to specific games only. A bonus issued for slots may not be valid in Live Casino.
• A bonus can only be used once: Each bonus can only be claimed once per member. Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on iuck.

Sports Betting

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed — make your decision before the match begins.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Iuck reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds with obvious errors.
• Any attempt to fix matches or gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account termination.

Casino Games

• The rules for each game can be found within the game itself.
• Wins resulting from technical errors may not be honoured — in such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.
• RTP is listed in each game's description.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on iuck and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or providing fraudulent information.
• Bonus abuse — particularly claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Using software or bots to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Money laundering or processing of illicit funds.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Iuck reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a suspected breach of these Terms is identified.
• If unusual transactions or suspicious activity are detected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• When required by a court order or legal obligation.

If your account is suspended, please contact our support team. We will review the situation and work towards a resolution. If no violation is found, your account and balance will be fully restored.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining real-money balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8Responsible Gaming

Iuck believes gaming should be fun — not a source of stress. That's why the platform offers a range of protective tools that members can use at any time:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
• Time Limit: You can set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality Check: You can receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.
